The IMAGO MUNDI Benetton World Art - "Kiwi Consciousness" NZ Project is an international initiative.
This project works on behalf of the Luciano Benetton World Art Collection in Italy - they are gathering the work of 210 artists from New Zealand (70 Maori and 140 non Maori) who will form part of a unique collection of New Zealand art.
All artists work with the same stretched canvas which was received from the Benetton Foundation.
Artists have complete expressive freedom, and our work will be published and exhibited around the world in the itinerant 'Imago Mundi New Zealand Collection'.
Artists retain copyright and the small canvas is not for sale. We are participating in a permanent group collection for Benetton that will travel the world.
